Creative

Interactive Art Director

The primary focus of the Art Director is to design and produce new and innovative solutions while incorporating the newest technologies. The Art Director will design concepts and produce new media ads, wireless communications, website content, and other digital and interactive media. Great design skills are a must and knowledge of traditional mediums including print and broadcast are a plus.

Candidates for the position of Interactive Art Directors must have at least one year of experience, with good client presentations skills and the ability to envision creative ways to leverage online ideas and technologies. Candidates must have strong design and typography skills, with an understanding of digital media, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Flash and a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, HTML, action scripting, video, animation and illustration. A BFA/BA degree is preferred.

Senior Interactive Art Director

The Senior Art Director works with the Creative Director and Account Leads to provide leadership to junior team members and identifies opportunities to integrate new creative directions into projects. The Senior Art Director will often take the lead to conceive, develop and produce effective marketing materials in digital media, though experience in traditional marketing is important. The Senior Art Director should be comfortable working alone, as well as in a partnership with a copywriter, or in a team atmosphere.

Candidates for the position of Senior Interactive Art Directors must have more than five years of experience, with polished client presentations skills and the ability to envision creative ways to leverage online ideas and technologies. Candidates must have a high level of proficiency in branding, online marketing, and media concepts, with an understanding of digital media, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Flash and a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, HTML, action scripting, video, animation and illustration. A BFA/BA degree is preferred.

Copywriter

The copywriter must have the ability to convert marketing ideas into compelling written language. A copywriter will often take the lead with more senior writers reviewing work to develop and produce effective marketing materials in various media, including online and digital mediums, print and collateral, radio and television.

A qualified candidate for the position of Copywriter should have at least one year of copywriting experience, in which he/she has shown proficiency for strategic thinking, creative concepting and writing. Candidates must also have a command of the English language (grammar, spelling, vocabulary), the ability to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines and good presentation skills.

Senior Copywriter

The Senior Copywriter must have the ability to convert marketing ideas into compelling written language. A Senior Copywriter will often take the lead to conceive, develop and produce effective marketing materials in various media, including online and digital mediums, print and collateral, radio and television.

A qualified candidate for the position of Senior Copywriter should have at least five years of copywriting experience, in which he/she has shown proficiency for strategic thinking, creative concepting and writing. Candidates must also show proficiency in strategic marketing thinking, a command of the English language (grammar, spelling, vocabulary), the ability to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines and good presentation skills.
