VML Expands Presence at 2011 Consumer Electronics Show

VML had an expanded presence at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the largest technology focused trade show in the Unites States. VML client partners included The House of Marley and Copia, the world’s first social e-reader.
The House of Marley booth featured a newly launched line of eco-conscious audio electronics products. VMLers Robb Smigielski, Tyler Hilker, Stephen Cook and Michael Eppelheimer were on site to support the effort which attraced press coverage from NBC Los Angeles, Gearlog, Gadgetsteria and SMH.
Additionally, Copia, the world’s first social e-reader returned to the Consumer Electronics Show, where it launched a year ago. Copia’s open platform and free applications allow readers can enjoy one of the largest collections of new digital releases, best-sellers and old favorites on the widest range of devices and platforms. According to The Wall Street, Copia software was shown on “multiple Android tablets as well as the Droid X smartphone, a Samsung tablet and tablets running Windows. The software is already available for PC and Mac computers.” VMLers Mike Lundgren, Eric Campbell, Jeff Unseld, Doug Koenig and John Duggins delivered Copia demonstrations in the Copia booth, as well as in the Samsung, Motorola and Microsoft exhibits.
