SEER
SEER™ is a proprietary process that VML has created that allows us to map out the ecosystems created by consumer-generated content and identifies the influencers within that space as well as monitor what is being said. SEER can offer a great deal of insight across multiple fronts. Much like focus groups require guides in order to make sure the correct information is collected, we use a similar approach to determine how to best use the tool and other tools we have access to in order to capture the information we are most interested in. We then can use that information to guide everything from Word of Mouth strategies to Influencer Identification.
