SEER

SEER™ is a proprietary process that VML has created that allows us to map out the ecosystems created by consumer-generated content and identifies the influencers within that space as well as monitor what is being said. SEER™ can offer a great deal of insight across multiple fronts. Much like focus groups require guides in order to make sure the correct information is collected, we use a similar approach to determine how to best use the tool and other tools we have access to in order to capture the information we are most interested in. We then can use that information to guide everything from Word of Mouth strategies to Influencer Identification.

Mobile Marketing

VML has a robust and rapidly growing mobile marketing practice that includes a state-of-the-art SMS campaign management system. Word of Mouth

VML's Word-of-Mouth (WOM) marketing practice specializes in the development and measurement of WOM campaigns designed to leverage the efficiencies of social media, applications and networks. Using our proprietary SEER active-listening tool, VML can identify where conversations about your brand are taking place and design programs tuned for the most likely WOM transmitters and influentials. Our WOM practice also works closely with our viral media practice, Contagion.

Digital Trends 2008

The VML Research Group recently released "Digital Trends 2008" - a review of U.S. and worldwide statistics and insights regarding key interactive trends. The examination includes trends such as broadband adoption and mobile internet, digital content such as social networks and their users, and trends in media spending, media consumption and ecommerce.
