Kellogg's has appointed VML Singapore as its APAC regional digital agency for leading snacks brand Pringles.
VML was named a Strong Performer in “The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Service Providers, Q4 2015”. VML was among 11 select companies that the leading research firm invited to participate in this evaluation. Forrester noted that hundreds of vendors provide digital experience service to their customers.
This independent report written and published by Forrester Research Inc., identified the 11 most significant digital services provided in each category and analyzed the offerings. Forrester notes that each provider displayed “proven aptitude, thought leadership and successful outcomes for their customers in the digital experience category.” The report details the analysts’ findings about how well these digital agencies, system integrators and consultancies fulfill analyst criteria, and where they stand in relation to each other.
Forrester noted VML is a great fit for marketers looking for an agency with the ability to apply deep customer insights and brand understanding to digital experience strategy. VML’s top scores in this evaluation were in the categories of strategy, design, account services and geographic traction.
According to Forrester, “Digital agency VML is as likely to lead an overall brand strategy as it is to implement a digital customer experience platform. We saw strong evidence of differentiated digital experience strategy, as well as customer research capabilities designed to infuse a deep understanding of customer need into each digital experience. Customer references were overwhelmingly positive about the vendor’s account management and ability to bring agility to an organization. We’re not surprised, as the agency does a good job at operationalizing processes for experience design and content architecture.”
