Your Wellbeing, Our Priority  

We offer a robust suite of benefits designed to prioritise your wellbeing both inside and outside of work, including: 

  • A pension scheme you can elect to join from Day 1, or be automatically enrolled in after three months.
  • Free private medical insurance from BUPA.
  • Group Income Protection (GIP), which guarantees an income of 75% of your base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are unable to work due to illness or injury.
  • Life Assurance, again available from Day 1, which pays out 4x your base salary to up to four beneficiaries in the event of your death.
  • Company sick pay amounting to two weeks’ full pay for the first 12 months after completing your probation period, and then two months’ full pay in any 12 month period thereafter.
