Having one of the youngest populations in the region, coupled with high unemployment rates, the Jordanian youth are suffering from uncertainty about the future & lack of confidence in finding jobs. To help them succeed in tomorrow’s world, a solid foundation must be built today, and while youth is that foundation, it is of great importance that they are prepared to enter wok life, through developing their technical and life skills and opening their eyes to the untraditional opportunities that they are used to. It is more efficient to prevent employment problems than to solve them afterwards.
