Happy Holidays from VML -- Spread the Joy!

Today VML unveiled its 2011 holiday campaign, “What’s Worth Sharing?” The video and micro site (http://whatsworthsharing.com/) were developed by VML Creative and Productions teams and was filmed in Kansas City’s Union Station.

VMLers came together to create a temporary art installation made up of hundreds of blue and white boxes to display a holiday message when viewed from the right perspective. The display in Union Station is meant to remind viewers about what’s important during the holidays, like taking the time to share joy with others.

VMLers donated their own money, gifts and their time to this project. The gifts were used as part of the boxes in the art installation. VML then partnered with two Kansas City youth organizations, Operation Breakthrough and Front Porch Alliance, to bring approximately 100 kids to Union Station to unwrap the presents placed in the art installation.

Watch the video and help us share some joy this holiday season by sending this film to others. For each new viewer, the VML Foundation will donate $1 (up to $10,000) to Toys for Tots chapters in Kansas City, New York and Seattle.

The VML Foundation is an employee-driven charitable outreach program, facilitating company and employee activities in the communities where VML operates. The VML Foundation manages the agency’s contributions to not-for-profit organizations and worthy causes, manifested through employee volunteerism, pro bono services and financial contributions. VML supports literally hundreds of organizations each year through the VML Foundation.
