VML Named Strong Performer among Digital Experience Service Providers
VML has been named a Strong Performer in "The Forrester Wave(tm): Digital Experience Service Providers, Q4 2017." VML, a global marketing agency with 33 offices and more than 3,000 people across six continents, was among select companies the research firm invited to participate in this evaluation. VML received the highest score possible for seven criteria including digital experience technology services, customer experience strategy services, experience design services and content services.
According to the independent report, Forrester Research tracks more than 60 agencies and consultancies with diverse roots in marketing, business, and technology that provide digital experience services to enterprise clients. Forrester narrowed that list to 14 large vendors with digital experience service practices and analyzed their offerings.
Forrester notes: "The accelerating pace of customers' rising expectations puts pressure on every company to build better -- and even better -- web, mobile, and conversational interfaces: digital experiences. These experiences go beyond the screen to be relevant in every channel.
"VML shows particular strength in customer experience strategy, design, content, and marketing support ... Clients like VML's can-do culture and ability to help them with customer strategy, design, content, and customer data."
