VML London operates as the digital agency of record for one of Britain’s most revered organizations, the British Library. We began our partnership by conducting a series of extensive research briefs, including website usability, content, mental modeling, and more.

Working closely together, we’ve been able to establish an over-arching strategy and information architecture for their site, that allows for future content to fit seamlessly into the design.
