In 2013, VML began delivering digital solutions to MasterCard. Since then, we’ve taken the opportunity to do more for the brand. We’ve expanded outside the digital marketing space, and have been awarded additional project work from MasterCard’s Travel Services, Loyalty Solutions, Government & Public Sector, Advisors, and Global Insights teams.
Over the course of our growing partnership, VML has helped MasterCard place more focus on their customers. We’ve consolidated numerous websites into a single, redesigned point of entry, coupled with more consistent messaging and a simplified user experience. We continue to guide the brand from being a multinational business to feeling much more human.
