Justin has been a prominent figure in the CX, data, technology, and human behavior fields, particularly in the Global B2B sector, for over 15 years. He is an alumnus of Harvard, where he completed an advanced undergraduate program in "Mind, Brain & Behavior". Following this, he spent two years leading a data analysis team at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab on a DARPA-funded project. His interest in semiotics and linguistics, especially in relation to consumer behavior, led him to a management consultancy specializing in strategic advice for B2B clients aiming to use behavioral data for customer acquisition.

Justin's career trajectory then took him back to the West Coast, where he worked with Omnicom's decision science team for a year before moving to the marketing measurement SaaS company CAKE, leading corporate and product strategy through data-driven methodologies. His next role was at Verizon Media, where he headed the West Coast B2B Enterprise Strategy group. Following his tenure at Verizon Media, he co-founded Origin Analytics in Austin, TX, and after a successful exit in 2019, he joined Verticurl inside of Ogilvy, a leading MarTech firm under WPP, as VP of Data and Analytics. Additionally, Justin has contributed as an Expert in Residence at the University of California Irvine’s Beall Center for Innovation and continues to advise startups at both the Harvard Innovation Lab and the Capital Factory.
