"Better-Designed Home" is the platform on which IKEA aims to build a new, long-term communication strategy in Poland. It will be introduced for the first time through product-based stories in fifteen video spots. Each spot will present a situation with home-related challenges for which the solution can easily be found at IKEA. This new strategy will also be accompanied by a new, more open customer communication format – "Hej IKEA”. VML Poland is responsible for creative idea.
