Victoria Cole is the CEO of VML for Latin America. A visionary leader, since 2023, she has served as CEO of VML Argentina and COO of VML Latam, where she drove record growth and creative recognition for clients.

With over 30 years of experience in advertising and communication, Victoria began her career at BBDO, then moved to Publicis, and finally, the former J.W. Thompson Mexico. She later returned to Ogilvy in Argentina. In 2004, she joined Wunderman Buenos Aires, where she held various leadership roles over the years and was ultimately appointed CEO in 2017. Following the merger of Wunderman and J.W. Thompson in 2019, she became CEO, and in 2020, her role expanded to include CEO of Wunderman Thompson Chile.

In 2016, Vicky was recognized as a "Leading Woman." She was part of the Argentine delegation at the World Economic Forum in Egypt in 2020 and was named one of Yahoo Finance's 100 Role Models. Her leadership on successful projects has earned prestigious awards such as a LIA and the 2021 Cannes Lions Innovation Grand Prix for her work with Unilever. Furthermore, she is a renowned speaker on industry panels focused on diversity and inclusion.

Victoria holds a degree in Social Communication. She is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is the proud mother of 26-year-old twins, Manuel and Agustín.
