Good doesn't grow on its own – we create it. Hate speech affects almost all of us – if not directly, then in our surroundings. Therefore, fighting it is a shared responsibility, especially since its consequences can be dramatic and leave lasting scars on the lives of those affected. This very problem is addressed in a special social spot featuring Dawid Podsiadło.

Hate speech takes lives, and when we fail to react, hatred proliferates. How is it possible that just 5% of haters can silence the remaining 95%? Fear and a sense of powerlessness often lead many of us to remain silent in the face of hatred. Research conducted by T-Mobile leaves no doubt: over 80% of Poles consider online hate speech one of the most serious social problems. For Generation Z, it's already a daily reality – as many as two-thirds of young people have encountered hate speech personally or in their environment. The reasons vary: appearance, views, orientation, origin. This phenomenon not only causes harm but also fuels a spiral of retaliation – individuals who have experienced hate speech are five times more likely to become perpetrators themselves.
To collectively break this barrier of indifference, T-Mobile, together with acclaimed artist Dawid Podsiadło and with the support of the SEXEDPL Foundation, launched another phase of the #HejtOutLoveIn campaign. This initiative aims to empower individuals to react to online hate speech, show solidarity, and demonstrate that the voice of respect is stronger than the voice of hatred.
Everyone can participate in the campaign by signing the #HejtOutLoveIn declaration, available at hejtoutlovein.pl. This is a clear gesture of opposition to hate speech and indifference – demonstrating that we do not want a world where hatred goes unchallenged. The declaration can be signed by both individuals and entire organizations wishing to contribute to building a safe and supportive online space.
The declaration has already been signed by notable figures including: Dawid Podsiadło, Anja Rubik, Maciej Zakościelny, Helena Englert, and many others. #HejtOutLoveIn is an invitation to collective action – every voice is a step towards change. Because only when we speak with one voice can we truly break down barriers.
