In the past twelve months, VML Malaysia has been partnering with brands to deliver forward thinking and innovative solutions. innisfree Malaysia, the fastest growing Korean cosmetics brands in the market appointed VML as their Digital AOR, likewise Legoland Malaysia named the agency as their Lead creative AOR for Legoland Malaysia Theme Park, where VML is leading communications, creative and channel strategy for key markets in Asia.

 

VML Malaysia showcased its content capabilities by developing short form original video content in-house, shooting and producing web-series for clients' social channels and leveraging Facebook's 360 Panorama format with a mobile first approach to drive engagement. Leading the way by taking an innovative approach to media in Malaysia, the agency developed a live chat bot and live timeline game on Facebook and leveraged Facebook's newly developed features to increase brand reach with minimum dollar investment for clients.

 

Expanding their Platforms & Experiences vertical, VML Malaysia built robust capabilities in-market to deliver cutting-edge experiences for its clients with several Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms and microsites. As a technology partner to CIMB Bank, the agency led ideation and execution, creating personalised user journeys on desktop, tablet and mobile for existing-to-bank and new-to-bank customers, increasing revenues from cross-sell and upsell opportunities. All this contributed to VML's 2nd successive Adobe Marketing Cloud Partner of the Year (Southeast Asia) win at the Adobe Experience Forum 2017, in Malaysia and Singapore.
