Global Chief Marketing Officer
Beth leads efforts to build the agency’s reputation and recognition around the world which has resulted in recognition in 2016, 2017 and 2018 Ad Age Agency A-List and being named as a leader by both Forrester and Gartner. She develops strategic marketing initiatives designed to showcase VMLY&R’s evolving portfolio of work and, at the same time, creates programming to build a dynamic, connected culture for employees.
Beth also works closely with global leadership to drive integration across client partner engagements, disciplines and office leadership. Global expansion has been a core focus for Beth since 2011, growing the VML network from 10 offices, primarily in North America, to 33 offices on six continents.
Since joining VML in 2002, Beth has served as Chief Client Officer and Director of Organizational Development.
Beth is an advocate for women in leadership and has been recognized by multiple organizations, has spoken at events on the topic and was one of the female agency leaders who signed and launched Time’s Up/Advertising.
Beth stays involved in her community through the BMA Foundation board which gives back to nearly a dozen charitable organizations in the Kansas City market.
