Everybody needs to take a break once in a while. You have 25 days of vacation and 3 sick days to spend how you please. We offer one extra day off every month for whatever we need. So you can take up to 40 days off per year!

Education is key, so all employees have access to internal and external training programs, workshops and other events. You can also take advantage of WPP mentoring and take your career to the next level with new skills.

We love spending time together in the office, but if you need to work from home, we offer flexible remote work.

Krmeetko will take care of your stomach and there is free coffee in every kitchen. We're big fans of food, so we contribute up to an average of CZK 2,000 a month towards lunches.
