Willing to look beyond the obvious and dive deeper into data using programming languages like Python and SQL.
Technically proficient (an academic background in for example Econometrics, Mathematics, AI or Business Analytics) but also a people person who thrives in collaborative environments where you can connect with others and share ideas.
Interested in people and understanding the digital marketing business: you enjoy explaining your technical work in simple words and are open to talking with non‑technical stakeholders.
You also recognize that awareness of how the digital marketing business works is essential for translating technical work into real business impact.

Modern data & AI toolkit – Working with cloud platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform), Databricks, Python, SQL and git version control to build, productionize and monitor data solutions and machine learning models.
Consultancy & stakeholder skills – Framing vague business questions into clear analytical problems, presenting your results with a storyline, and connecting insights to concrete actions for clients.
From insight to impact – Designing and evaluating experiments, building dashboards and reports, and measuring the business impact of your models and recommendations in real digital marketing cases.
