While Saudis were starting to trust digital banking, conversion rates were low, majority of consumers continued to use traditional banks.

Eidiyas (cash-gifts) are an integral part of holiday celebrations, and families were about to miss this tradition due to lockdown.

While everything was changing because of the pandemic, the Eidiya tradition didn’t have to with stc pay.

We Repackaged the existing peer-to-peer transfer feature into a “Send Eidiya” one.

Exceeded our objective by 400% and reached 500,000 transfers during the 3 days of Eid.
