Who we are

We are the largest communications agency on the Czech and global market. Being the biggest in the field comes with responsibility – to deliver the best ideas, build strong brands, and use the latest technologies. We help companies navigate the growing complexity of marketing and look for the most effective solutions for their growth.

VML is made up of more than 30,000 people across 64 markets worldwide. In our Czech office, we have over 300 colleagues representing 36 nationalities.

Time Off

Everyone needs a break sometimes. With us, you get 25 days of vacation, 3 sick days, and on top of that, My Day – one extra day off every month just for yourself and your plans. That means you can take up to 40 days off per year.

We take learning seriously. You’ll have access to internal and external training programs, workshops, and mentoring within WPP. New skills will help you take your career to the next level.

Flexibility

The best ideas are born when we meet in person, which is why we love our campus gatherings. At the same time, you can work from home one day a week, and we offer flexibility in how you organize your work and time.

Food & coffee

Our company canteen Krmeetko takes care of the food, and coffee is free in every kitchen. We contribute up to 2,000 CZK a month towards your lunches, because we believe good food = good mood.

Community

All year round, we meet outside of work too – summer barbecues, Christmas parties, terrace get-togethers, yoga sessions, or fun events with quizzes and karaoke. For work anniversaries, we give gift vouchers.

Dogs welcome

You don’t have to leave your furry friends at home. Bring your dog to the office – canine love can brighten anyone’s day, and they’re welcome here.

Sports

Our campus has a large bike room and showers, so you can easily cycle to work. We contribute to the MultiSport card, but most importantly, we are the main organizer of the RunTour running series – and your entry fee is free.
