Reporting to CEO she strategically connects health, data, technology, and creativity across VML and WPP to deliver integrated client solutions that anticipate market needs and accelerate growth within the dynamic healthcare landscape.
Bringing over three decades of marketing expertise, including 25 years in digital and 15 in healthcare, Nadine is a recognized industry leader renowned for her strategic foresight, commercial pragmatism, and unwavering commitment to innovation.
Before joining VML Health, Nadine served as Therapeutic Area Lead at Publicis, where she notably led Pfizer’s Oncology business unit within the CoLab agency. In this capacity, she managed creative and media agency-of-record (AOR) responsibilities across a portfolio of over 25 global brands, successfully leveraging data for omni-channel plans and integrating specialized production to drive marketing efficiency. Prior to that, as President of Heartbeat, she spearheaded its significant growth, multiplying its annual revenue sevenfold from $10M to $75M, a key factor in its subsequent acquisition by Publicis. During her tenure, she actively cultivated an enriching and positive work environment, prioritizing team development and fostering a collaborative culture. She pioneered an EHR/Health IT specialty practice and built a standalone clinical trial agency capability in the U.S.
