Preeya’s career spans over two decades at the intersection of customer experience, technology, product strategy, data strategy and innovation. She has a deep understanding of how behavior and emerging technologies shape human-centric programs and design, creating impactful experiences that foster meaningful connections and drive lasting business outcomes.
Her approach focuses on aligning technology with human intelligence, enhancing how people interact with products, services and brands. Preeya integrates creativity, data, digital tools, product and service design to meet evolving customer needs across the full breadth of customer experiences.
Prior to VML, Preeya held leadership roles as Global Chief Experience Officer at Wunderman Thompson, Chief Experience Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi New York, and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at DeVito/Verdi and numerous other roles including founding a customer experience-focused digital product with an industrial emphasis.
She has been recognized for her leadership and innovation, including being named to Campaign Magazine's "Digital 40 Over 40" and AdWeek’s Top 50 "Indispensable Media, Marketing, and Tech Players" and numerous creative and effectiveness awards.
