Nuestros valores
Heart
Heart is our foundation of empathy and trust. It’s how we build meaningful connections within our teams and with the world, ensuring our work resonates on a human level.
Brains
Brains is our engine for innovation. It’s the combination of relentless curiosity and collaborative intelligence that allows us to simplify the complex and redefine whats possible.
Courage
Courage is our commitment to brave ideas. It’s the conviction to challenge the status quo, champion what’s right, and take the calculated risks necessary to create truly impactful work.
CONNECT WITH A CULTURE OF BELONGING
Our teams – spanning all capabilities and continents – are connected at the core. Our creatives, designers, strategists and account managers are connected to our scientists, biologists, and pharmacologists. And we’re all connected to the wider community shaping and influencing health.
Collaborating with patients, often on a pro bono basis, is central to our culture. In fact, it’s the most important part. Because at the heart of all our thinking is the lives we serve.
If you want to join a connected culture of health experts, passionate about helping people, congratulations… you’ve just found your happy place.
DIVERSITY IN HEALTH
At VML, we are simply better together, and it starts with our people. Inclusion, Equity & Belonging (IE&B) is essential to the unity of our employees around the world and the work we produce. Together, we want every one of our 30,000 people to have the opportunity to do great work with purpose and grow their careers. That’s why IE&B is at the heart of our organization. Our people bring those words to life; from leaders to managers to individual contributors, there is a place and space for everyone.
WORK THAT WORKS
The magic that happens when science connects with creativity can be life-changing.
At VML Health it’s often award-winning too. Sure, winning awards is important to us - we won 185 in 2023 alone and have been awarded Health Network of the Year by Clio Health, ASPID and Saniss in 2024. But if you ask our teams, they’ll tell you the best reward is improving lives.
Our success is made possible by the way we stitch our capabilities together. Our creatives connect with experience design teams, patient advocacy groups, and science to inspire communications that are rich in insight and empathy. It’s work that works.
ONE TEAM
Health is a complex and diverse ecosystem. Our structure reflects this, presenting opportunities for anyone looking for a rewarding career.
Our teams connect the entire brand lifecycle including clinical research, discovery and development, helping us ensure there’s a seamless spark with science and tangible real-life meaning in all our work.
We work with scientists, doctors, clinicians, and payers - technologists, data scientists, and digital evangelists - behavioural scientists, experience designers, medical writers, and health economists… and, most important of all, patients.
All over the world, our teams are committed to driving health equity. With data guiding everything we do, we’ve got opportunities in everything from market access, KOL mapping and medical communications, to creativity, patient engagement, strategy, and science.
But it’s not just the different skills in our teams that help us get to the heart of health, it’s the different mindsets, cultures, and perspectives too. If we’re going to help people from every part of society, we need people from every part of society to be part of our team.
