The Client Services department represents the 'face' of the agency towards our clients. We understand the needs of their brands and, based on that, drive the process from (internal) briefing development to project planning and costing through to presentation of communication solutions to the client. During this process, we constantly interact with all relevant agency departments: from strategy, to technology to creative. P.S Despite the name, we don't really see ourselves as 'servants' to the clients. But as their trusted advisors ;)
