We're super client-focused and collaborative. From the start, you'll be working with strategists, data analysts, UX designers, and e-commerce experts. We don't just give advice; we become part of their team, improving platforms, testing ideas, and finding growth opportunities on marketplaces, retail media, and their own sites.
The work is fast-paced and varied. One week you might be diving into customer journeys, the next you're implementing a new product page strategy or running A/B tests. Everything we do is tied to real numbers like sales, retention, and customer happiness.
We believe learning is a team effort. You'll learn from experienced consultants, join workshops, and take on more responsibility as you go. You'll sharpen your digital skills and strategic thinking.
