Prism are the sport and entertainment division of VML. For more than 30 years, we’ve engaged audiences across the world’s biggest sports, major competitions and bespoke experiences. We have an in-house team of content creators, designers, producers, account managers, art directors, consultants, copywriters and social gurus who never stop exploring, testing, strategizing, hosting, activating, experimenting and creating. Delivering for our clients, we believe passionately in the central role sport and entertainment can play in a brand's marketing drive.

As a Catalyst you might be developing a brand's next campaigns, hosting VIP guests at a Grand Prix, producing content at a Premier League club, or creating a unique experiential activation.

Depending on your passions, day-to-day could be immersing yourself into our Create hub, here you’ll support with planning, budgeting and execution of production projects including film and photo shoots. But if experiencing hospitality programmes and client management is a more exciting prospect, you might find yourself embedded into our Account Management team with the planning, organisation and delivery of our Client’s brand communications activities and event delivery, Whichever part of Prism you work in, you’ll be client facing, in a fast-paced environment, surrounded by a team of the some industry's best people who are passionate about sport, entertainment and culture.

We help clients fuse and use data to drive measurable growth. Fusing - we design data strategies and implement these across our clients' data and marketing technology infrastructure, also enabling the client teams' to develop their own capabilities. We use data to help clients understand their brands, audience and market, to inspire creative, inform strategy and to improve performance through better measurement.

We're 80+ people mainly in the UK and South Africa with a diverse range of skills; from technical AI and technology expertise, though to research, insights and strategic planning with data.

We work directly with clients to solve their challenges and work closely with other disciplines, such as Strategy and Experience to bring data to bear across every customer journey.

We helped Emirates Airlines transform their data-driven marketing capabilities. We developed The Coca Cola Companies global consumer segmentation.
