Alexandrea Swanson

Alexandrea Swanson is Head of Business Development at VML Germany.

In her role, she drives business growth through strategic partnerships, new business development, and the cultivation of long-term client relationships. In addition she is reponsible for VML Germany's strategic communications and press initiatives, helping to strengthen the agency’s positioning across the industry and media landscape.

With a background spanning politics, industry, digital transformation, and agency consulting, Alexandrea brings a unique international perspective and cross-disciplinary expertise to her role.

Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, she is a passionate advocate for female mentorship, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the advancement of the next generation of women leaders. A frequent speaker on topics including digital transformation, leadership, and innovation, she was recognized as one of Germany’s Top 40 Under 40 by Capital magazine.

A proud dual German-American citizen, she currently resides in Berlin.
