1st module: We look at how a CDP can work to collect data, create individual profiles and personalise communications. Cost-benefit aspects, strategic benefits, implementation expertise and alternatives will also be part of. In the practical part we will create a personalised approach in a CDP tool.

2nd module: We'll have a look at how marketing automation and customer engagement platforms can help companies create personalised customer experiences. We cover the suitability of different tools, their integration with other technologies and the challenges of implementation. In our hands-on exercise, we will build an automated customer journey.
