VML Brasil is launching a platform to stimulate the presence of women in the Brazilian communications and marketing market.

“Elas” is an institutional movement that invites the entire industry to act intentionally to value, hire and recognize women in different market disciplines.

Various initiatives make up a permanent calendar for the platform, which will launch two projects in 2025. The first will be “Elas por Elas”, which will encourage the formation of 100% female creative teams at the start of their careers. In the coming months, it will be time to bring together leaders from across the market in networking, mentoring and knowledge-sharing sessions - through “Elas Lideram”. More information about the project will be available soon.

ELAS POR ELAS

We know that finding the ideal creative duo is one of the biggest challenges in advertising, but when this connection happens, the potential for growth is immense.

That's why “Elas por Elas” seeks to be a catalyst for these partnerships, offering a space where talented women can meet, collaborate and build successful careers together.

HOW?

VML will open its doors to communication students (up to the 6th term) and students from professional courses, offering an evening of networking. The event will include a dynamic inspired by “speed dating”, where participants will have 5 minutes to introduce themselves and meet other professionals. The aim is to form pairs of copywriters and art directors, one of whom will be chosen for an internship at VML. To inspire the participants, the event will also be attended by renowned professionals from the market, who will share their stories and the challenges they have faced in their careers.

We believe that diversity is fundamental to creativity and innovation. With the 'Elas' platform, we want to create a space where women feel valued, supported and inspired to reach their full potential. 'Elas por Elas' is just the beginning of a journey that we hope will transform the advertising landscape in Brazil.
