Developed by Prism, VML North America’s LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, VML’s 2024 global Pride Month theme was “Be Your Brightest Self.”
The theme was created to embrace the inherent intersectionality within the LGBTQIA+ community and acknowledge and celebrate the many facets of what makes the community shine so brightly.
Throughout the month of June, Prism hosted several virtual and in-person activations at regional, global and market levels across VML. One such event was VML Chicago’s first-ever Pride Makers Market, which aimed to provide a free space for local LGBTQIA+ makers to sell their items and garner visibility.
For those who were unable to attend the event, Prism has created the “Shop Pride Guide 2024.” This catalog showcases vendors who were featured at this year's Makers Market and acts as a convenient reference guide if you'd like to show your support not just during Pride Month, but year round.
