Our 2-week work experience programme, in partnership with Hult Business School, is designed for students aged 16-18. Now in its seventh year, the Incubator encourages students to experience what it’s like to work in an agency and understand our operations.
This partnership with Hult Business School is particularly special because their mission aligns perfectly with our hands-on approach. Hult believes that a business education should be transformative, equipping students with skills to make a real-world impact. They prioritise learning by doing, focusing on practical skills and mindsets that drive change in individuals, businesses, and society. This philosophy is embedded in every programme they provide, and it’s why they are an ideal partner for the Incubator.
Participants will benefit from hours of one-to-one time with the agency’s C-suite and senior leaders, including our Head of Strategy, Head of Data, and capability leads. The programme also includes a day visit to the Hult Business School in London, where you’ll receive a tour and insight into their unique, action-oriented approach to business education.
