Funciones:

  • Diseñar, elaborar e implementar el plan de comunicación interna alineado a la estrategia de People & Culture y a la propuesta de valor al empleado.
  • Planificar, monitorear y ejecutar estrategias de comunicación interna para actividades, eventos, celebraciones, lanzamientos y otras iniciativas que fortalezcan el clima y la cultura organizacional.
  • Elaborar y desarrollar piezas creativas y materiales de apoyo solicitados por el área de Recursos Humanos, tanto para comunicación interna como para iniciativas de marca empleadora.
  • Gestionar y crear contenido para campañas internas y externas relacionadas con cultura, clima, desarrollo y atracción de talento.
  • Apoyar en la planificación y logística de capacitaciones, talleres y programas de desarrollo para colaboradores.
  • Gestionar las actividades relacionadas con clima y cultura organizacional, incluyendo mediciones, análisis y propuestas de mejora.
  • Coordinar y organizar eventos y actividades internas que fortalezcan la experiencia del colaborador.
  • Apoyar en la creación de contenido y acciones de marca empleadora para redes sociales, portales de empleo y otras plataformas.
  • Gestionar órdenes de compra y pagos a proveedores involucrados en iniciativas de comunicación, clima, cultura, capacitación y eventos.
  • Cotizar y coordinar actividades corporativas con proveedores externos.
  • Apoyar en la toma de fotos y videos para registrar eventos, capacitaciones y actividades internas o externas.

Requisitos:

  • Graduado en Marketing, Comunicaciones, Psicología, Publicidad, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 3 a 4 años en Comunicación Interna, Cultura Organizacional o Experiencia del Colaborador.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en gestión de experiencia del empleado.
  • Deseable experiencia en procesos de onboarding, capacitación y desarrollo de talento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción y storytelling.
  • Deseable experiencia utilizando Figma y MailChimp.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
