Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic CRM Campaign Manager to join our Tech and Commerce department. This role is a balance of strategy and hands-on execution, where you will manage and optimize CRM campaigns for a key regional client in Saudi Arabia. If you’re passionate about creating impactful, data-driven customer experiences and have a strong grasp of CRM platforms like Zoho and Salesforce, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns within Zoho CRM—including email, SMS, and digital channels.

  • Manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, and deployment schedules to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

  • Implement A/B testing strategies and optimize performance across key campaign metrics.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable CRM campaign flows and customer journeys.

  • Identify personalization and automation opportunities to enhance engagement and conversions.

  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Produce detailed reports and presentations for both internal teams and the client.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in Zoho CRM and Salesforce, leveraging platform capabilities for campaign execution, automation, and analytics.

  • Ensure campaign content is relevant and culturally sensitive to the Saudi market.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—creative, content, data, and client services—for seamless campaign delivery.

  • Act as a key point of contact for the client, providing strategic guidance, updates, and results analysis.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM campaign management, digital marketing, or marketing automation roles.

  • Proven hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially Zoho CRM and Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actions.

  • Understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and personalization.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.

  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment.

  • Experience working with MENA region clients—especially in Saudi Arabia—is a strong advantage.
