We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Digital Analyst to join our Tech and Commerce department on a freelance basis. In this role, you’ll unlock insights across CRM and web platforms for a major client in Saudi Arabia, helping shape data-driven strategies that elevate customer experiences and campaign performance. What you’ll be doing:

Analyze complex data from CRM systems, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing platforms to uncover trends and actionable insights.

Translate customer behavior and campaign performance into meaningful, client-friendly reports and strategic recommendations.

Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.

Present clear, compelling data stories to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with CRM and campaign teams to optimize targeting, personalization, and customer journeys.

Identify and recommend improvements to website UX, conversion funnels, and content strategy based on behavioral data.

Support experimentation through A/B testing design, execution, and analysis across CRM and web initiatives.

Ensure data quality and integrity in collaboration with data engineering and technical stakeholders.

Leverage platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Zoho CRM, and Salesforce to extract and interpret data.

Provide best-practice guidance on analytics strategies, data structures, and tool usage to internal teams and clients.

Stay informed on evolving tools, technologies, and methodologies in digital analytics and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

5–7+ years of experience in digital analytics, with expertise across both CRM and web analytics.

Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Universal Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

Deep knowledge of CRM data structures and reporting within platforms such as Zoho CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio).

Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation strategies (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).

Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex data into compelling business narratives.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, agency environment.

Experience working with clients in the MENA region, especially Saudi Arabia, is a significant advantage.
