Buscamos un Success Manager 

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave, actuando como su asesor de confianza.
  • Guiar el proceso de onboarding y adopción del producto/servicio, asegurando que los clientes comprendan y utilicen plenamente sus funcionalidades.
  • Monitorear el uso y el rendimiento del cliente, identificando proactivamente oportunidades para optimizar su experiencia y maximizar el ROI.
  • Desarrollar planes de éxito personalizados y asegurar la consecución de los objetivos del cliente.
  • Identificar riesgos de churn y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación para asegurar la renovación de contratos.
  • Colaborar con ventas para identificar oportunidades de upselling/cross-selling.
  • Recopilar feedback del cliente y actuar como su voz interna para impulsar mejoras en el producto/servicio.
  • Actuar como punto de escalada para problemas críticos del cliente, coordinando con equipos de soporte, producto y desarrollo para asegurar una resolución rápida y efectiva.

Perfil Requerido:

Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Marketing, comunicación.
+5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
