Buscamos un Associate Creative Director

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Guiar el proceso creativo desde el concepto hasta la ejecución, asegurando que las ideas sean frescas, estratégicamente sólidas y atractivas.
  • Supervisar el desarrollo de briefs creativos, storyboards, maquetas y entregables finales en diversos medios.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Cuentas para comprender las necesidades del cliente, los objetivos de negocio y las audiencias objetivo.
  • Presentar conceptos creativos y su justificación a los clientes, articulando eficazmente el pensamiento estratégico detrás del trabajo.
  • Gestionar, mentorizar e inspirar a un equipo de creativos junior (redactores, directores de arte, diseñadores).
  • Proporcionar feedback constructivo y orientación para elevar la calidad del trabajo creativo y fomentar el crecimiento profesional.
  • Asegurar que todo el trabajo creativo cumpla con altos estándares de calidad, precisión y coherencia de marca.

Perfil Requerido:

  • Licenciatura Marketing, Comunicación, Diseño 
  • +5 años de experiencia.
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
    Premiere Pro, After Effects
    Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides
    Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com
    Prototipado y Wireframing
    Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
    Tecnologías Creativas Emergentes:
    Herramientas Generativas de IA
  • Inglés conversacional  (lectura técnica y reportes).

  • Visión estratégica y pensamiento analítico.
