Role Purpose
The Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital products and experiences that align with business goals. The role combines UX, UI, product thinking, AI-enabled design, and collaboration to turn user insights into scalable digital solutions
what you'll do ;
- Design user-friendly digital experiences across web, mobile, apps, and digital platforms.
- Conduct UX activities including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and interface design.
- Apply product thinking to solve business and user problems while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and accessibility standards.
- Support user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and continuous design improvements using data and user feedback.
- Present design concepts clearly and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, strategists, creatives, and clients.
- Champion inclusive, ethical, and accessible design practices throughout the product lifecycle.
What you'll need;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem-solving, prototyping, and measurable design outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing responsive web, mobile, and digital products.
- Knowledge of UX research, usability testing, information architecture, accessibility, and user-centered design.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance design processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and continuous learning mindset.
