Who we are looking for
We're searching for a seasoned Digital Partner Marketing Manager to act as a strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) leader for our key partners. With 3+ years of experience, you are a savvy B2B marketer who excels at building relationships and translating high-level business priorities into high-impact, actionable marketing plans. You're part strategic advisor, part GTM orchestrator, and entirely focused on enabling partners to execute scalable co-marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, highly organized professional who thrives on creating pipeline, generating opportunities, and building momentum within a partner ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary marketing advisor for a portfolio of 15-20 partners, building strong, influential relationships with their marketing and leadership teams.
- Develop and execute strategic GTM plans, defining target audiences, value propositions, and channel strategies that align with key business goals.
- Guide partners through the end-to-end activation of marketing campaigns, from initial planning and launch to execution and optimization.
- Drive all partner activities toward tangible outcomes, focusing on pipeline generation, lead creation, and measurable ROI.
- Utilize performance dashboards and data insights to track funnel metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and provide partners with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Champion a structured and scalable approach, leveraging repeatable frameworks and playbooks to deliver consistent quality and impact across your partner portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and partner development teams to ensure seamless alignment on all GTM priorities.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience in B2B, digital, or partner marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry (experience in the Microsoft ecosystem is a huge plus).
- Proven track record of building and executing successful GTM or demand generation strategies with partners (ISVs, SIs, CSPs, or similar).
- Deep fluency in digital marketing, demand generation tactics, and full-funnel mechanics, from awareness to conversion and pipeline.
- A strategic and commercial mindset, with a sharp focus on driving revenue and business outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders and partners with confidence and clarity, even without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure performance and guide decisions.
- An organized and scalable operator who can flawlessly manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously in a structured environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster alignment across cross-functional teams.
