INTERNSHIP – CLIENT SERVICE

Join our Creative Design Team

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Client Service Intern to join our busy creative design team.

If you’re passionate about people, brands, problem-solving and great design, and you’d love to learn how creative projects come to life from brief to final delivery, this could be the opportunity for you.

Our team specialises in Craft Design, Packaging Design, Illustration and Corporate Identity, working with leading brands to create thoughtful, impactful design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the Client Service team in managing day-to-day client relationships.
  • Assist with coordinating projects from briefing through to final delivery.
  • Help prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with developing client presentations, status reports and project documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Strategy, Creative, Craft Design, Production and Media to keep projects moving.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist with workflow coordination.
  • Help gather and manage client feedback, ensuring the team understands what is required.
  • Assist with project administration, quotations, job tracking and general Client Service support.
  • Learn how an agency operates, from briefing and concept development through to production and delivery.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to packaging production, print processes and the world of design.
  • Develop an understanding of how strong client relationships, great creative thinking and attention to detail come together to deliver successful work.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO…

  • Is studying towards, or has completed, a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Commericals, Business or a related field.
  • Loves working with people and building positive relationships.
  • Is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is confident, curious and willing to learn.
  • Is proactive and naturally asks, “How can I help?”
  • Has an interest in brands, advertising and good design.
  • Brings positive energy, takes initiative and isn’t afraid to share ideas.
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.
