VML is proud to celebrate the achievements of two of its standout team members, Kaleeta McDade and Kendall Herbert, for their recognition with ADCOLOR.

Kaleeta McDade, Global Chief Experience Design Officer based in VML Detroit, has been named an ADCOLOR One Club Creative honoree for the 19th Annual ADCOLOR Awards. This accolade recognizes individuals who go above and beyond to make a meaningful impact in the creative and tech industries. The awards ceremony will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida, marking the culmination of ADCOLOR 2025.

Kendall Herbert, Account Supervisor at VML Chicago, has been selected for the 2025 Class of ADCOLOR Futures, a program dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in advertising, marketing, media, and public relations.

These honors underscore VML’s dedication to recognizing excellence and supporting the growth of its team members within the creative industries.
