VML ranked #29 overall in the U.S. on the list, marking a significant leap from last year’s #67 ranking.
By climbing 38 spots in just one year, VML also moved from second place to first within our industry, showcasing our dedication to fostering a workplace culture where families come first. Additionally, we're honored to be featured on the Breakout List for our dedicated paid parental leave program supporting foster care families.
