VML wins Learning Team of the Year and Innovation in Learning at the prestigious Learning Performance Institute Awards
VML's Global Learning & Development team has achieved a remarkable milestone, winning two gold awards at the Learning Performance Institute (LPI) Awards, held on February 12 in London. VML earned the top spot for Learning Team of the Year and Innovation in Learning, a rare accomplishment given the exclusivity of these awards.
The LPI, established in 1995, is one of the most respected authorities in the global Learning & Development (L&D) industry. Unlike many industry recognitions, the LPI’s awards are judged by a panel of senior business leaders and industry professionals, ensuring an independent and rigorous evaluation process.
VML’s success is even more striking when considering the competition. Only eight finalists are selected per category, and just one gold, silver, and bronze award is given in each. This year, VML was shortlisted for four awards.
The two gold awards reflect VML’s innovative approach to learning and its commitment to excellence. The Learning Team of the Year award recognizes the achievements of VML Global Learning, while the Innovation in Learning Award celebrates the groundbreaking “Open Everydai” program.
VML was also shortlisted for two additional awards: Rising Star of the Year, recognizing Jamie Forman of VML Global Learning, and Learning Professional of the Year, honoring Sophia Newman from VML Enterprise Solutions in London. Newman represented VML at the black-tie gala and is herself a finalist for an individual award.
