"The Killer Pack" secures 30th spot in the top 40 campaigns

VML India’s campaign "The Killer Pack" has been ranked 30th among the best 40 campaigns featured in the report.

"The Killer Pack" addressed the rising threat of life-threatening diseases like dengue and malaria in specific areas of India Despite Indians using mosquito repellents indoors, disease control authorities identified new breeding grounds for mosquitoes outside homes at garbage collection points. To combat this issue, VML partnered with Maxx Flash, a mosquito coil brand, to introduce "The Killer Pack." This innovative 100% biodegradable packaging is lined and printed with 5% active probiotic Bacillus thuringiensis (serotype H14). When disposed of in garbage dumps, dustbins, garden ponds, stagnant water, and stormwater drains, it effectively kills mosquito larvae, targeting the breeding grounds and disrupting the vicious cycle.

VML named 8th among the top 20 most successful networks

In addition to the campaign recognition, VML has been named the 8th Network among the 20 most successful networks. This ranking highlights VML's leadership and dedication to promoting sustainability and social responsibility through creative communications.

The ranking methodology for the ACT Good Report combines the performance of campaigns across various initiatives of the ACT Responsible Program, such as the ACT Exhibition, the ACT Care Awards, One Minute of Responsibility, The ACT Tributes, with the results of the recently published WARC Creative 100, the global benchmark for creative excellence. The report emphasizes great work for good, without any complicated criteria or categories.
