This year's Effie already knows its winners. In the competition awarding the most effective advertising campaign, the VMLY&R campaign won awarded within two categories. The agency won gold as well as silver Effie for its talent acquisition campaign for the client PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) that targeted Gen Z candidates. The campaign convinced them that working in audit can change the world and attracted 282% more relevant candidates compared to last year.
