My team and I specialize in understanding B2B audiences and the complex buyer groups that shape today’s business landscape, placing them at the heart of everything we do to help transform organizations and make them future-ready. With the rise of account-based marketing (ABM), the demand for hyper-personalized customer experiences, and the increasing integration of MarTech and AI, we craft innovative, scalable, and creative solutions that enable our clients to thrive in an ever-changing market.

Building on over 10 years of consulting experience, including senior roles at Accenture Interactive and Deloitte Digital, I have shaped and delivered complex transformation programs for both B2C and B2B clients, building deep expertise in audience insights and customer experience.

At VML, my team and I focus on creating connected experiences that meet the functional, emotional, and social needs of customers across their end-to-end journeys, maximizing the impact of every touchpoint. We achieve this by leveraging human-centered design (HCD) principles and data-driven insights, developing strategies that define buyer groups, audience profiles, end-to-end customer journeys, and moments that matter.

Prior to VML, I applied my customer-centric approach as CMO of Doctify, a UK health services marketplace, where I gained invaluable experience in product strategy and commercial leadership in the startup world. This entrepreneurial role refined my ability to deliver customer-focused value propositions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
