As Global Chief Communications & Integration Officer, Beth leads VML's comprehensive global communications and integration strategies across its expansive network of 60 countries and 100+ locations. She is responsible for partnership with global and regional leadership on organizational and brand transformation, driving consistent business excellence and fostering a dynamic culture. Additionally, as CEO of VML Kansas City, she oversees the continued expansion and innovation of one of the network’s largest offices.

With over 25 years at VML, having served in diverse roles including chief marketing officer and chief client officer, Beth possesses a deep understanding of the agency’s business, capabilities, and brand promise. This extensive knowledge enables her to activate VML’s global network to create connected brands that drive growth through human-first creativity.

Beth is passionate about giving back to her community and mentoring the next generation of female leaders. She was a founding member and remains a proud supporter of Ellume, VML's employee resource group that aims to educate, elevate, and inspire women and their allies.

Beth is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Outside of her time at VML, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and her daughter, who is pursuing a degree in communications.
