Cat Davis

Cat Davis is Chief Marketing Officer at VML UK, where she leads the agency’s marketing and growth ambitions as part of the senior leadership team. She is responsible for strengthening VML’s market presence and supporting its next phase of growth, bringing its integrated creative, customer experience, commerce, data and technology offering to life.

Before joining VML, Cat was Atomic London’s first CMO. Prior to that, she served as Group Marketing Director at The MISSION Group, leading growth initiatives across 19 agencies spanning the full communications spectrum. Her work brought together diverse agency capabilities to build the group’s profile and secure major new business wins.

With more than 20 years’ experience leading marketing and growth across the UK’s creative agencies, Cat has held senior roles across creative, media and integrated businesses. She brings extensive experience in building agency brands, shaping their market positioning and turning their collective expertise into compelling propositions for clients.

An active industry voice, Cat sits on WACL’s Executive Committee and has been recognised as a Campaign A-Lister, a Creativepool Top 100 Influencer and an IPA & Campaign Women of Tomorrow finalist. She has also served on the IPA’s New Business & Marketing Group and as a board member and former Chair of the MAA’s New Business Group.
