Chance Chapman leads North America Marketplace & Commerce Partnerships at VML, helping brands compete and grow in the fast-moving world of digital commerce. With deep expertise across marketplaces, omnichannel retail, and retail media, he simplifies complexity by connecting people, platforms, technology, and creative to drive measurable results.

His work ensures brands don’t just show up—they stand out, convert, and scale in an increasingly competitive landscape. Prior to this role, Chance led VML’s Commerce Innovation, Growth, and Retail Media teams.

He previously served at P&G as Omnichannel Commercial Leader for Walmart International, overseeing strategy and execution across Commercial, Marketing, eContent, Digital Shelf, and Retail Media for 13 markets, and helping develop eCategory Management capabilities in priority countries.

He also led marketing for P&G’s Walmart US Family Care business. Chance began his career as a founder and early-stage operator across multiple startups and holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas.
