Eduardo is one of the Peruvian market's most successful and experienced publicists. His vocation for creativity led him to the advertising world, where he found a means to express himself, stay entertained, develop a career, and make money.

His creative profile and his solid strategic and management skills made him an ideal candidate to run a communications company. He was thus appointed General Manager of Y&R at the age of 31. He was then one of the youngest general managers in the market and, historically, among the five youngest at Y&R Latam.

Under his leadership, the agency grew organically up to sevenfold in size and income, making it one of the most profitable and most important agencies for VMLY&R Latam and one of the top three agencies in the Peruvian market. He was directly responsible for incorporating and managing several major brands in the Peruvian market, such as Alicorp, ABI (Cristal Beer), Movistar, Derco, Cemento Sol, Interbank, and Coca-Cola.

During this time, he has led the company’s evolution from an advertising agency to an integrated communications company with digital capabilities, enabling it to offer its clients integral solutions.

His achievements as the agency’s leader include having received hundreds of national and international awards: 14 Cannes Lions, Clios, London Awards, San Sebastian Grand Prix del Sol, Grand Prix at the Ibero American Advertising Festival, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Webbys, Effies, APAP (Peruvian Association of Advertising Agencies), among others. Also, in 2023, the agency was named “Agency of the Year” by the Peruvian Association of Advertising Agencies.

Eduardo studied Communications and Advertising at IPP (Peruvian Advertising Institute), where he finished first in his class and holds an MBA from ESAN Graduate School of Business. He has completed dozens of international training courses at prestigious foreign universities. He has two beautiful children, practices sports, and enjoys art and cinema.
